Do you provide any warranty ?

Our standard warranty offered on our products is 1 year (parts & labour). In many cases we offer longer warranties, this is indicated against our products online and in our catalogues. All our engineers are highly trained and have specialised knowledge on all our products. We offer nationwide coverage for warranty and servicing

Is it safe to shop online ?

Do i have to pay for delivery ?

Delivery is free to most of the UK on orders over £70 (exc. VAT) made on the phone and online. Additional charges do apply to what are classed as “offshore and remote” areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

How long will it take to get my package ?

Our next day delivery promise is extremely important to us; delivery is generally made the next working day if an order is placed before 4pm. Orders placed on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Monday, unless a premium delivery service has been requested.

Some items have longer delivery times; these different times are always made clear both in the catalogue and on the website.

How can I return a product

How do I track my order ?

You can view the status of an order and track its progress with our carrier. Order tracking is available from ‘My Account’. Please note that items marked 5-7 day direct delivery cannot be tracked as they are dispatched directly from our supplier.
